Purchased Sabrina Carpenter tickets, got them 20 minutes before the event. Listing said clear view, and the tickets said obstructed view when they were downloaded. Contacted customer service while I was there and they said that since the concert was in progress they couldn’t do anything. Contacted them after and the agent was an asshat and said that since I used the tickets, no matter how many times I contacted customer service I would be denied a refund. I explained several times that I literally got them at the event and I tried to call them then, but they didn’t care. Total scam.
