I purchased a parking pass from Stubhub for a concert at the Dos Equis pavilion in Dallas. The night of concert I found out the pass was for a closed lot at least 1.5 miles from the venue. I was told by stubhub it was my responsibility to check location. I am not familiar with Dallas I live in Oklahoma I trusted Stubhub to at least make an attempt to see where lot was my mistake. I will Never use Stubhub again they have Zero reliability and no customer service.
