I purchased tickets for an event on 11/3/24. They were supposed to be sent to me electronically on 11/2/24 @ 5pm. I never received them. I made multiple calls but could never get a straight answer. I was told that Stubhub would get me new tickets but not until 1 hour before the event. I don't understand how that would be helpful. I had to scramble 4 hours before the game to buy new tickets. I finally got an email about 3 hours after the game saying my order was canceled and a refund would be sent. Terrible customer service. Will never use them again.
