This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought tickets to go to the Gabriel Iglesias show 3 months in advance and they never sent me the tickets. One week before the show, they told me that my seats were not available. I had bought the seats near the stage and they offered me seats all the way back. I imagine they sold my seats at a higher price than I bought them for. They were really scammers.
