My experience with StubHub was profoundly disappointing. I invested hundreds of dollars in purchasing two tickets for a game between the Washington Commanders and the Pittsburgh Steelers. My decision was influenced by the photographs StubHub presented before the purchase. However, upon arrival at my seats, I was met with a stark contrast between the advertised view and the reality. The photographs provided by StubHub were misleading and constituted a false advertisement. The obstructed view from my seat, obstructed by a hanging and a column, was not accurately represented in the photographs. Had I been aware of this beforehand, I would have been prepared to pay extra for a better vantage point. As a long-standing customer of StubHub, I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and will never consider purchasing tickets from them again due to the breach of trust. I strongly advise others to steer clear of StubHub at all costs.
