StubHub might possibly be the worst company I have ever dealt with in 40 years. I purchased 4 tickets on 3/3/2024 for a surprise birthday present for my wife, 7 months prior to the Garth Brooks concert on 10/4/2024 in Las Vegas. My credit card was charged that day and when I tried to download the tickets that StubHub said were ready and available, I was prompted on there website that I would need to wait until closer to the concert date to retrieve the mobile tickets. So I waited 3 months and went back to the website to download said tickets as instructed. To my shock, I received a message stating that the tickets had been claimed by another email address. After at least 20 phone calls with their company and numerous representatives over the next 4 months, I never received the tickets. I was assured with every subsequent phone call that my situation was being “escalated” and that I would receive the tickets. This never happened and I was able to purchase new tickets from Ticketmaster an hour before the concert. After the concert, requested a refund for the money I paid for the tickets I never received from StubHub. At least 15 subsequent calls, several emails, “escalations” on their part, and finally a complaint with the BBB, I received the full refund over a month later. This company can’t be trusted and does bad business. I have spent countless hours trying to remedy a situation that should have been very easy to resolve. I would never recommend this company to anyone who needs concert tickets.
