Through the purchasing process somehow booked tickets for a venue same day in another state vs 2 days later for a local venue. Discovered immediately and first rep hung up on us and second rep could care less that transaction was in error 5 minutes prior. They hadn’t even processed the credit card charge over an hour later but refused to issue a credit for the correct event.
