They are a joke. They say they have a guarantee but it is just a lie. My tickets did not work for me and I was in the phone 8 different times with 9 emails and they never resolved if. Than they say that 24 hours before they will give you a refund or better tickets and of course that never happened. An hour before the show I got an email saying enjoy the show even though they knew the tickets never worked. Stay away from them.
