I recently had a very disappointing experience with StubHub. I ordered tickets for a show, only for it to be canceled. To my surprise, StubHub falsely advertised that the show was postponed, contradicting the venue’s website, which clearly stated it was canceled. I had to jump through hoops, providing multiple forms of verification about the cancellation as if I were an employee of the company. After providing a link and a picture, I was told to wait to be contacted. It has now been over 10 days, and I’m still waiting for a refund for this canceled concert. This experience has been frustrating, and I expected better customer service from StubHub.
