The most frustrating customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased tickets through stubhub that somehow ended up being invalid. I made several attempts to contact them from the venue, but was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do. After missing the event, I contacted them about a refund. After jumping through every hoop they requested, I was given the runaround. I was told it was under investigation, and would be 7-10 days. I was told that again 10 days later. Then, unsurprisingly, told that yet again 10 days later. It has become clear that they have no intention to correct this situation, so I will have to accept the loss on this one or make this a legal matter. Either way, I have lost all faith in this company. If you plan to purchase through this company, please understand that once they have your money, your experience is no longer a priority for them, and they will do nothing to rectify mistakes on their end.
