Never again. The only reason a company like this can exist is trust. They burned that and after traveling to the event we still didn't have tix, no one to call and we ended up spending $200 .pre at the event to get real paper tix. No refund they could care less. Do it at your own risk and remember you are helping to fund their lavish lifestyle while they can even bother to provide a real human for customer service when problems with tix transfers happen.
