Stub Hub does not stand by their guarantee!!! I literally went through hell with them with tickets I purchased for a show and NEVER RECEIVED!! I called EVERY DAY, got a different person who said "Oh yes, we've escalated your order and will call you back tommorow"..Which they NEVER ONCE CALLED BACK!!! When the day of the show came and I still did not have the tickets, I was in tears because others depended on me. All they said was "Well all that's left now is lawn seats". I was livid. AND..Not only did I have to pay the $1,000 for the original tickets, they went ahead and charged me for the lawn seats ($600) as well without my permission!! They are the worst. Once you purchase through them, GOOD LUCK!!! My experience was a nightmare!!
