Stubhub did not deliver concert tickets on time and is now refusing to refund the ticket price! Their argumentation is that they had sent the ticket before - however the tickets never arrived and were retourned to the sender. When they sent the tickets again (after us calling them repeadetly) they arrived too late and after the Hans Zimmer concert. Really terrible customer service and >400$ loss. NEVER AGAIN!
