Stubhub is a joke. Bought tickets for the Matt Rife show in Indianapolis in December. It said tickets would be delivered by mobile transfer by the date of the show. After checking all day, an hour before the show i still hadn't received them. I I chatted with the virtual assistant that ultimately sent me to customer service. With a wait of 30-45 minutes didn't have time to wait as the show was about to start. Ended up buying new tickets and figured I would deal with it the next day. Contacted customer service the next day and they refused to give me a refund. I will NEVER purchase tickets here again. Thanks for taking a few hundred dollars!!
