Strange thing-I went to purchase tickets to a show, and was told my price was guaranteed for 10 minutes. After entering my email, and the passcode they sent me, the price of my tickets changed. I then called customer service, who told me they had no record of my original price-as if I were lying to them. Not a great experience.
