Worst experience ever. I bought three pretty pricey tickets for the Taylor Swift concert and never got them. Stubhub said they would give us tickets that were “equal or better” to what we had bought. They did not! We ended up with seats where we couldn’t even see the stage. They were worth about one third of what we had paid. Stubhub refused any refund, I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and am awaiting a response.
