I ordered tickets for a show in December 21 that was at 7 PM. Without my knowledge or consent they sent me tickets for the 9:30 PM show. I didn't want the 9:30 PM show. I wanted the 7 PM show, but since they gave me 'comparable' tickets they will not issue me a refund or give me tickets to the show that I placed an order for. In my opinion, this agency cannot be trusted to give you the tickets that you ordered.
