Bought a parking pass that was supposed to be for the lot connected to the venue. Instead, the seller sent me a pass for a lot over a quarter mile away. StubHub obviously doesn't verify the details of resell items on their website. When I called to complain (which took over 35 minutes), they only offered me a measly 25% credit for a future purchase. I won't but from StubHub again since they can't be trusted.
