Horrible policies. Usher rescheduled his event due to weather which was crazy because weather was fine. Catch is i live 1000 miles away and couldn’t afford to go back to Miami 5 days before Xmas and I’m a single mom. I paid $362 for 2 tickets only got $216 from a resale. My ticket was bought a few days before the concert after i lowered the price! This is not fair WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN
