Ordered tickets. Sale went through. Got a hotel in town for show. Day of show still no tickets received. Went through all the channels to get the tickets. Finally called. Was told the tickets weren’t available but not to worry they guaranteed same or better tickets. Give them an hour. Called back after an hour and talked to a supervisor. On and off hold for 45 minutes to be told they had no other tickets and I’d be refunded. So paid for a hotel with no show to go to. Will never use them again. Fraud and scam.
