I bought 2 tickets to a show. I arrive at the show and I only have one ticket available. I have to call Stubhub customer service which then tells me there was a mistake and they don't have my tickets. I clearly did not use the one ticket that was available and they won't refund me for the 2 tickets I bought! USE TICKETMASTER!!!!!
