couldn't find order in my account so i called to ask if they could fix it. customer service was horrible, they didn't know what i was talking about and claimed they were gonna leave me in hold so they could figure it out. 15 minutes i ended up hanging up and figuring it out myself. plus i still haven't received my mobile tickets (i bought them 2 months ago), i just hope these tickets work when i get to the doors, dont use this site!!
