we bought 3 tickets to see zach top, the seller never sent us the tickets after paying 600$. when we went to the event thinking the tickets would come in any second, we found out that the seller was unreliable and we couldn’t get “guaranteed” replacement tickets. We got a full refund but at the end of the day i’m never using stubhub again.
