Stubhub is terrible! They are not transparent and don't feel the need to be because of their size. I discovered after purchasing a parking ticket that they were not an authorized seller. I never accessed the tickets and they refunded to refund the money a month before then provided a document I had never seen to my cc company stating all sales are final. Never again will I buy a tickey of any kind from them.
