I wish I could give StubHub negative stars, I wish that was a thing! This was a terrible experience. I bought tickets for a February show back in November. Of course, I got zero updates since November, and no email with the tickets. Until suddenly, the day before the concert, I get a call from someone saying our tickets are longer available…what!!?? I paid a lot of money for these tickets, I took time off from work, I booked a hotel room, I took my daughter out of school for a few days to attend this concert. Now they’re telling me I don’t have tickets, the day before the concert!!?? This is unacceptable, no one should have to deal with this, please, I’m trying to help, stay clear of stubhub!
