I bought tickets to a concert which was canceled by the artist. They kept my money from July until December. They refused to give me a refund and drug this out for months. If I wasn't such a persistent person, I would never have gotten my money back. They lied to me repeatedly about when I would get my money back. Extreme traumatic. I will NEVER EVER buy through then again! Stay away and if you have a problem, contact your bank asap!
