I had been a long time customer of stubhub. Going back maybe two decades. Anyway, 2024 was the worse customer experience I have ever had. I had to purchase several duplicate ticket from Seat Geek so I would not miss the sporting events which resulted in thousands of dollar wasted. Meanwhile, stubhub seemed more annoyed that I was asking for a refund for tickets never delivered. One rep asked me if I was just lying and trying to get a free refund. I immediately made a decision never to do business with these guys ever again.
