I purchased Eric Bellinger tickets. The concert was “canceled” and here we are 18 days later and StubHub keeps telling me the concert is postponed, but I have personally spoken with the concert organizer as well as the venue who both confirmed it is canceled and they will not give me my money back even after saying two weeks ago, they issued a refund. Now today they tell me they are looking into it. I also purchased Los Angeles Lakers tickets. They keep saying the seller has released my tickets and Ticketmaster, which they have not. I’ve asked five times already for them to release the tickets and they will not. It seems like you get nowhere with anybody. I will definitely be looking to purchase through a different company next time.
