as of right now I would give them a 0 star. 1) when I listed my 5 tickets on sale I selected don't leave me with one ticket...they left me with 1 ticket to sell. 2) luckily the ticket sold but it cost me a lot of time and effort dealing with customer service and I never heard from them. 3) then when I transferred tickets from ticketmaster to stubhub "for faster / better sales" it apparently didn't work on 4 of the 5 tickets. 4) However, the single ticket did go to the stubhub account but the buyer didn't get the ticket so they canceled the purchase. 5) even though this is all due to stubhub issues they are denying my claim....
