I received the news from stub hub that my tickets have sold, and since then I’ve had nothing but trouble. Every email I get from Stub Hub requiring action on my part to completer the transfer where they tell me to fill out a form will not give me the option to submit or save. It’s a grayed out submit or save button, so I called customer service three times in three days and the people attempting to help me do not speak English well enough to assist me. At this point I am willing to let the $500 just go. I don’t care anymore. What a waste of a week of my time!
