I purchased two tickets to a match in Lisbon. Due to a date change, I had to cancel. Stubhub did not give me a refund but instead let me resell the tickets which I did for the same price I paid. I then ordered a new set of tickets to a match in Madrid. The tickets were delivered without issue. Throughout this ordeal, Stubhub phone support was amazing: no wait times and very helpful staff. I would definitely use them again. The prices may be high but at least they deliver as promised.
