Bought tickets to Motley Crue for a residency they're holding in Las Vegas. THEY changed the dates and automatically assigned us a date that we are not able to go due to a work commitment. They say our only option is to go to the date they rescheduled or resell them. That's bad business. There should be an option for a credit or to change the date to a different one during the residency.
NEVER AGAIN will we buy from StubHub. Now we have airline tickets, hotel, PTO, dog kenneling, etc.
