Purchased three spring training games from Stubhub for last weekend. All three had troubles and refunds have been difficult to obtain. First was rained out and there policy is to provide a refund. Took a week of arguing with them to get the refund. Second game the tickets were never delivered and again refund was difficult. Third the tickets bought were not the seats as advertised and Stubhub refuses to provide any partial refund for the seats not being delivered as advertised. they seem to have a failed understanding of the law as it relates to false advertising.
