By far the worst customer service experience I ever had. In one purchase I spent >$20k on 50 tickets for clients. Received 40 of the 50 tickets. Called approximately 15 times over 3 days with ZERO resolution. Did NOT receive 1 return phone call despite being told my situation was being “escalated”. This was beyond unpleasant. My only solice would be if this review could deter 1 person from using this awful service.
