I'm very happy with the ticket purchase experience; it was smooth and easy. I'm less happy of the incessant hounding to leave a review after the show. I received 5 requests for feedback in 7 days. IMO, if I'm going to leave feedback, two reminders to do so is sufficient. Beyond that, I feel like I'm getting spammed.
