Horrible experience. Stubhub keeps sending me emails saying my tickets have been transferred and I should claim them and I should have received an email from the seller. I have received NO such email and despite my calling and letting them know that the seller is not transferring tickets they keep sending me emails to claim these non-existent tickets. I have over 200 dollars held up now and I can’t event buy tickets from elsewhere. This company should be put out of business ASAP
