This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased 3 tickets for a concert but the concert was cancelled because of a fire under the stage. I don’t live in the city in which the concert was being held so I contacted StubHub to receive a refund. That didn’t happen. They told me I would have to sell those tickets on their website and see if someone would purchase them.
