I used StubHub for the very first time this month! I paid for my tickets on 3/3/25. My event was 3/20/25 at 7pm. When I didn’t have my tickets by 430pm on 3/20/25 I got in touch with StubHub. I was told I would still have them in time. At 5pm I reached back out to StubHub and they said I would get them by 6pm. I told her that was insane! BUT at the same time, I got an email stating the seller didn’t have my tickets! 😡They issued me a refund. I had to go to Ticketmaster and pay more for my tickets. I will NEVER use StubHub again!!
