i ordered 4 tickets to a show. I was sent 3 tickets and a parking pass. The 3 tickets were different seats than what i ordered. I have sent them back and am still trying to get a refund from Stub Hub. They have the worst customer service for a company who constantly talks about their money back guarantee, i can't get my money back for an error on their part. HORRIBLE. Willing to pay their high fees for good support but will NEVER use them again after this experience
