You have to report problems when they happen. I got tickets to a show and paid extra for parking. The parking ticket did not work. So I tried and emailed them to try and figure it out, mind you this is right before the show. I'm not gonna pause my attendance to get this figured out. I figured I could just do it the next day since they will see that I didn't use it. Also i believe the seller was fake.
