The site is horrible and very hard to use. There is NO customer service. The site is slow and non-responsive. Buying and selling tickets is nearly impossible. If you buy tickets as a guest you are unable to sell your tickets which they do not tell you up front. Use MLB or ticketmaster but be ready for some super high fees. The fees are nearly 50% of the ticket price.
