This company is a joke. Worst customer service, no one speaks English. I am so angry I don't even have the patience for a detailed review, but suffice it to say after 12 days, numerous chats, and daily calls of up to 1 hour with a non native speaker who clearly didn't understand my issue, the problem is not resolved. I can't stand this company. It's everything wrong with corporations today.
