I purchased tickets months before the musical and got an email the seller could no longer deliver on the tickets I had purchased. Stubhub made the process so easy for me. They communicated what happened and provided me even better tickets without any extra charges. We had a great time and I’ve been telling the story of exceptional customer service (hard to come by these days!).
