Bought tickets and event got postponed. Tickets got updated but when I tried to transfer to a friend it was impossible. Customer service told me to remove my tickets from my Apple wallet and then they couldn’t get them reloaded. So after a hour on the phone I now I have no tickets, no order history, and no transfer. They are looking into it 😵💫
