When trying to contact them through the website you have to chat with a AI robot which gives conflicting answers to the response you get from a so called customer service representative. The customer service representative spoke poor English and their was yelling and screaming in the background. They give the same standard answers for many questions . Ultimately dealing with them was a nightmare and I ended up being charged almost $180 for 3 $20 tickets that I didn't even use. Never again!
