The Stubhub guarantee is worthless. I bought two tickets for the Capital/Islander game for Sunday 4/6/25. The tickets were never delivered by Stubhub and replacements tickets that they say they guarantee were not offered. The run around and lack of follow through on the part of the customer service reps is maddening. The Stubhub guarantee is worthless.
