I bought tickets off stub hub that are mobile tickets but stub hub did not inform me that I would not be able to get my tickets until the game day ( not even guaranteed). I wish they were more clear because if an emergency happens, you can’t rely on having the tickets or ticket seats to be able to sell them prior. If you do try to sell, they ask for a code that they don’t even provide you with. I won’t be able to know the seats. Also, they price their tickets differently, my fiancé and I checked the same tickets out and they were more expensive on his app.
