I bought tickets on StubHub and got an email to confirm that I had received them. When I got to the event, the tickets were nowhere to be found and would not upload my Ticketmaster. It is almost as if I had never bought them. They were not on my app and I did not scan them or use them. I had to buy an entire additional ticket from a different website as I was checking in. When I called them, they said there was no way they could give me a refund at all despite me never having used the tickets. Won’t be buying from Stubhub again.
