I ordered an EDC LV 3-day pass through them and the wristband shipped super fast. The initial date for receiving the ticket was set super close to the festival date, but there was a fedex tracking that posted under that and we got it with plenty of time. I was kind or leery because of so many negative reviews but honestly it was a great experience for us. I would use it again.
