I was unable to access my tickets the day of concert. Also, I was unable to access the parking spot that I paid 30.00 for due to construction and unable to drive into lot.
So I had to pay extra money for a different parking spot. Eventually the venue manager let us in bc she made an exception by seeing the email confirmation. Normally they don’t do this. We drove a long way to this event. Thankfully, after the kids and I were crying, they let us go to our seats.
